MarkI began my college career through a community college and ended up transferring to the University of Virginia to earn a bachelor's degree in mathematics with an education minor. I continued for two years and received my master's degree in mathematics from the same institute. In addition to math subjects, I am adept in computer science topics such as STATA and C++. After I graduated with my master's degree, I was drafted by NSA, where I did cryptography for a few years. Right now, I teach statistics and mathematics. I have been a tutor since I was in high school. I am looking forward to meeting and helping my future clients.

JuanI studied mechanical engineering at the University of California, Berkeley earning a bachelor's degree. During my studies, I have tutored on a volunteer and paid basis. My experience includes working with students of all ages from elementary through college. I enjoy tutoring in math and science, but I specialize in STATA software. I hope to one day use all of my tutoring experience to become a teacher. As a tutor, I believe that you must build a strong foundation in math to help you learn science concepts, so that is a theory that I use in my teaching. In my spare time, I like spending time with my children, hiking, playing sports, and learning new things.

BillI love math, and I love helping others learn it. I have experience teaching and tutoring math at all levels, and I know the struggles and frustrations students face trying to understand new concepts. I respect students and I respect their goals. I make it my goal to help a student realize success. I can explain topics to you in a way you can understand, so that you can apply these skills to reach your academic goals. I'm available to teach not just math courses, but also test taking skills and other test prep. In my free time, I enjoy reading, card games, recreational math, and travel.
