TroyI'm a CPA and tutor with real world experience. I graduated with an accounting degree at the University of Illinois. I then worked as an accountant in tax compliance. I then worked for the Hyatt hotel chain, where I took on additional responsibilities. I'm now studying computer science. Given this experience and academic background, I'm strong in economics, math, and accounting. I'm adept at identifying for my students where they are strong and where they need help, and I can customize lesson plans to fill the gaps and help my students find success. I'm looking forward to tutoring students in algebra, geometry, pre-calculus, economics, microeconomics, macroeconomics, finance, accounting, finite math, cost accounting, financial accounting, managerial accounting, business, test preparation, and more. In my free time, I like to golf, read, listen to live music, cheer for the University of Illinois and the Chicago Cubs, and run.

SamuelI'm Sam, and I am studying for my bachelor's degree in accounting from Loyola University. Chicago has many opportunities for accountants, so I was inspired to move here from St. Louis. I've always enjoyed helping others with their coursework, and that inspired me to tutor. My goal as a tutor is to help students learn the material, but also to teach students how to learn independently. I can tutor algebra, geometry, elementary school math, middle school math, biology, English grammar and syntax, economics, accounting, pre-algebra, financial accounting, managerial accounting, business, and related subjects. I can also help students prepare for the ACT and other exams. In my free time, I like to watch sports, watch movies, go out to eat, cook, and play games.

RogerI attended North Dakota State University over 30 years ago, where I double majored a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics, and minored in Computer Science. I've been professionally involved in many aspects of business since then, and have been licensed in Mortgage Brokerage, Appraisals, Real Estate, and Insurance & Securities. During that time, I have been very involved with martial arts, and I have taught self defense to thousands of children. As an instructor, I do my best to make lessons interesting and fun, since students who are engaged and involved in the lessons usually retain the most information from those lessons. I feel that a solid, well-rounded education is essential in order for students to improve their lives. I look forward to working with you or your child with tutoring in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Cost Accounting, Financial Accounting, Intermediate Accounting, Macroeconomics, Managerial Accounting, Microeconomics, High School Accounting, High School Business, College Business, High School Economics, College Economics, or College Accounting. I enjoy spending my down time with my family - my wife, my children, and my grandchildren. I love riding my Harley, and teaching martial arts to my students.
