RonI earned my bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of New Hampshire and a master's degree in secondary education from the University of Massachusetts. I am also certified to teach mathematics in Missouri. I have taught mathematics at the secondary and collegiate level for over twelve years. I would love to tutor in many subjects including general computer topics, algebra, Algebra 2, and study skills. I believe that students will be successful if they are willing to try, there is good parental support, and if they have the right organizational skills. Outside of teaching, I like hiking, canoeing, swimming, and skiing. I also enjoy watching movies, reading, and listening to music.

MattI have a MBA focusing on financial management from Marist College. My tutoring specialties include business and finance topics such as management, analytics/statistics, and accounting. In addition, I can help students with English topics like writing, editing, and reading, Microsoft Office and general computer literacy, test prep, and general elementary, middle school, and high school topics. I'm particularly proud of how far I've come as a graduate student compared to my undergraduate career. I believe that if you like a subject and are determined enough, you can achieve whatever goals that you have. I modify my teaching style to the needs of my student. If a student is more visual, I draw out examples to represent formulas for problem-solving or to illustrate other topics. If a student is less visual, I would work more in numbers and on paper. It's really up to the way the student learns best..
