CatherineI earned my bachelor's degree in education from Florida State University and a master's degree in education leadership from Saint Leo University. I have been a teacher for more than sixteen years, and I have worked with many students from grades six through twelve in social science courses. I would love to tutor in many subjects including art theory, government, history, art, civics, and others. I wanted to be a teacher because of the teachers who influenced me throughout my studies. When I was down and out, my teachers helped me back up, and I want to be that person for my students now. Tutoring gives me the chance to give back.

AliceWhen I am teaching, I focus on making sure that my students understand the concepts instead of just memorizing the answers. I believe that my enthusiasm, patience, and creativity have made me a great tutor and teacher. I would love to tutor in art theory, Spanish, literature, English, and test prep. I have a lot of experience working with students from kindergarten through twelfth grade, especially students from kindergarten through eighth grade in all subjects. I have a bachelor's degree in comparative literature from New York University. I currently work as a visiting assistant professor at Oberlin College. I have been working in the field of education for over ten years, and I have served as a substitute teacher, tutor, and an assistant.
