According to the Air Force Candidacy Website: "The Air Force Officer Qualifying Test (AFOQT) is a standardized test that measures verbal and math aptitude (similar to the SAT and ACT) as well as additional aptitudes relevant to specific career fields (e.g., perceptual speed, spatial rotation, aviation knowledge). The test is used to select applicants for officer commissioning programs such as Officer Training School (OTS) or Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (Air Force ROTC). It is also used to qualify for Pilot, Combat Systems Officer (CSO) and Air Battle Manager (ABM) training and is a component of the Pilot Candidate Selection Method (PCSM) score. The AFOQT is a required test for all cadets and students on scholarship or in the Professional Officer Course (POC)."
KellyI started teaching college courses in 1990. Over that time, I worked across the country at multiple institutions teaching history, English, and the humanities. I also have experience in a college writing studio working as the director. More recently, I've been working with homeschool high school and middle school level students, helping them improve their understanding of literature and history, along with helping them improve in writing essays. I've also helped students prepare for the ACT, SAT, and post college entrance exams. I look forward to working with you as a student in any of these areas.

GeorginaI have been a Mandarin music teacher for quite some time, and I have taught Mandarin for over eight years in New York. I have worked with students of all ages from twenty months to forty-five years old. I enjoy teaching any age range. I hope that you enjoy learning as much as I do. In addition to Mandarin, I can also help with test prep for exams such as the AFOQT and SAT. When I am not tutoring or teaching, I enjoy many interests and hobbies. I like watching sports, learning new things, hanging out with my friends and family, and listening to music. I look forward to meeting and working with you.

AmandaI have a bachelor's degree in German and a master's degree in German language and literature from the University of Oregon. I am enthusiastic about teaching languages, and I recognize the importance of teaching students about language and culture. My never-ending passion for the German culture and language has inspired me to continue to learn it through teaching. In addition to teaching and tutoring German, I would love to help students with standardized test prep, including the AFOQT and TOEFL exams. I look forward to helping my students become passionate about the subjects they are struggling to learn. In my spare time, I like learning new languages, traveling, and illustration.
