YolandaAs a teacher, I am passionate and hard working. I also strive to provide my students with the ability to learn and grasp new material. I feel that the best way to approach teaching is to break down concepts and work at a student's level. Every student is different, so it's important to manipulate methods to accommodate a specific learning style. I hope to help every student feel confident in their math coursework. I earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University - Metropolitan Campus, but my passions were always with math. While working as an engineer for 16 years, I always made time to tutor math.
