ValerieI'm a student at UCLA who studies Cognitive Science with the eventual goal of pursuing a master's in Quantitative Psychology. In the interim, I work for UCLA's Early Academic Outreach Program tutoring students! I love helping a student have that "light bulb moment" when a difficult concept finally clicks, so I try to personalize every study session. Many students only need a new way to approach a problem in order for the material to stick! I'm comfortable with a few different academic subjects, including Algebra, American Literature, Statistics (all levels), Computer Science, and Writing. I can also help with Spanish and GED prep. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy reading, drawing, and playing the guitar. Reach out to me today if you need help with your schoolwork!

EricI am passionate about education, and I am here to help students in the areas I have the most knowledge. I can help with pre-algebra, algebra, math, and middle school math. I earned an associate's degree in mathematics from Moreno Valley College and a bachelor's degree in mathematics as well from the University of California-Riverside. I attended the University of California with the Regents Scholarship, which I earned with my academic accolades. I stayed on the Dean's list throughout my entire college career. Outside of the classroom, I have many interests. I like traveling as much as possible, listening to music, and watching and playing basketball. I am looking forward to meeting you.

DevonI have a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of California-Riverside and a doctor of cellular and molecular biology from the same university. I am mainly interested in researching cancer and cell biology. I plan to become a cancer or regenerative medicine researcher some day. STEM and science education are my passions. I am hoping to inspire my future students to become scientists like me. I can help with many subjects including chemistry, public speaking, Spanish, biology, and more. I have been a violin player from an early age, so I would love to help students with that as well. In my free time, I like animals, playing the piano and violin, and ballet.
