GraceI recently completed my bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I took an electronics course that made me interested in biomedical engineering. During this class, I fell in love with electronics more and became the teacher's assistant for it. I can help with numerous subjects such as science, physics, math, engineering, calculus, algebra, and ESL. I currently work at Makerspace where I help staff, faculty, and students use the equipment. I have experience tutoring my siblings in essay editing and math. I believe in helping my students understand the problem before finding the solution. In my free time, I like doing crafts, playing with electronics, and playing the piano.

BenjaminKnowledgeable in Mandarin and Chinese Culture, I can teach you Mandarin Chinese at various levels. I enjoy helping students learn a new language and discover the joys and passion that go along with it. Learning a language exposes one to a new culture and provides opportunities to interact with many different people. I taught English at a Taiwan summer camp in the summer of 2014 and have taught English to doctoral students at East China Normal University, as well as math to middle schoolers. As a student at St. Olaf College, I earned my bachelor's degree in Asian Studies, Chinese, and History. When not pursuing my passion for teaching and languages, I love to exercise, read, hike, and drink coffee.

AmandaI earned my bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. I am available to tutor many subjects including writing, social sciences, science, psychology, anatomy, biology, and more. My tutoring style involves teaching my students how to study effectively. I am passionate about being patient with my students while they build their study skills. I do my best to break down complex concepts into easier to understand steps, and I include humor in every session. My experience includes working with students one-on-one and in groups. When I am not with my students, I enjoy traveling, hunting, gardening, reading non-fiction, and fishing. I also do a lot of volunteer work.
