WayneMy Bachelor of Science degree is in Mechanical Engineering. I also have a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Both degrees are from Purdue University, where I spent most of my time studying and doing engineering problems, which were actually math problems in disguise. I have experience as a Valparaiso University part time instructor, as well as tutoring experience that I've earned over the past several years. When it comes to math, I'm a natural. It is my goal to help math come naturally the students. In addition to math, I also enjoy woodworking, architecture, art, running, and fitness. I work with students seeking help with ACT writing, math, algebra, pre-algebra, geometry, statistics, linear algebra, and test prep.

KathyHelping students succeed has always been a passion of mine. I have experience working with students of all ages from pre-kindergarten through college in many subjects such as social studies, science, English, and math. I earned my bachelor's degree in nutrition from Arizona State University. I also have two teaching credentials- an education specialist credential and a multiple subject credential in grades kindergarten through twelve. My ability to learn quickly and adapt to any situation are two qualities that make me a great tutor. I can also help students with Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and other learning difficulties. I believe that every student can be successful with the right guidance and tools.

IsabelI am currently studying French, art, and communications at the University of California-Santa Barbara. I started tutoring when I was in high school and my first job involved helping students from Korea learn English. I have also spent an extended period of time studying abroad, in places like Paris, Portugal, and the Canary Islands. I have experience teaching students at a variety of different levels and I do my best to make tutoring fun because I know some subject material can be rather boring. My specialties in terms of tutoring include grammar and essay writing. When I am not tutoring, I enjoy petting dogs, going to concerts, and searching for vegan ice cream.
