MylesI began tutoring when I was in high school when my peers would ask me for help with math. From there, I began volunteering to be an after-school tutor. Once I started college, I tutored my peers in test prep. I love tutoring because it makes me happy to know when I am the person who helped a student not fall behind in class. I like tutoring in general, as well as advancing my skills in math overall. I have my bachelor's degree in mathematics from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. I enjoy playing Magic the Gathering, gaming, and studying mathematics in my free time. I am looking forward to working with you.

MansoorRight now I am studying engineering at Chaffey College. My personal goal is to become a mechanical engineer. Through my personal experiences, I know that academics can be difficult and discouraging. However, I believe that students should never give up on their goals. As a tutor, I can help students increase their confidence and work towards understanding coursework and academic materials. I hope that my tutoring will help students prepare for tests, graduation, and the college application process. If I notice a student is struggling with certain materials, I can help them focus on difficult concepts. My personal goal is to help my students enjoy math, while also working towards meeting their goals.

I like to explain complex ideas in different ways to help students get a better understanding of them. I'm looking forward to helping students improve their grades and test scores.
