SharonMy passion for teaching others stems back to multiple sources, including teaching at the college level, serving as a Sunday School instructor, and helping my son learn Chinese. I studied Computer Science in my native China before emigrating to the U.S. and becoming a Certified Public Accountant, allowing me to teach two in-demand subjects (Technology and Math). I also speak Chinese with native fluency, making me qualified to help with all levels of Mandarin Chinese instruction. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy Zumba, Cooking, and spending time with my family. My best achievement is successfully raising my son (a senior at Rice University). If you want a patient tutor with a diverse array of skills, contact me today to discuss scheduling. Thank you!

MuhammadI earned a bachelor's degree in neuroscience from the University of Texas at Dallas where I graduated cum laude in 2017. I believe in the importance of teaching age-appropriate curriculum and helping my students develop effective study habits. There is no one correct way to teach because every student learns differently. I am available to tutor in many subjects including math, physics, science, test prep, algebra, and finite mathematics. My professional experience includes working as a teacher's assistant for a cellular neuroscience course. Because of my recent studies, I am able to relate to students and meet their needs on a more personal level. I enjoy watching Netflix, swimming, and playing basketball in my free time.

HamzaI earned my bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a graduate student in the Harvard Extension program attending classes at Southern Methodist University. I have more than three years of experience as a teacher and tutor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I have a passion for helping students succeed through high school and beyond. I am most comfortable tutoring students in the subjects of technology and computer science. I also have skills to assist students who are preparing to take standardized exams, such as the ACT and SAT. When I am not teaching or tutoring, I like to spend my time exercising, watching movies, and practicing meditation.
