OliviaI'm currently attending the University of Oklahoma, where I'm pursuing an undergraduate communication sciences and disorders degree. I'm also seeking a French minor. I will continue on here to pursue a graduate degree in speech language pathology. I love working with young people to help them become more confident in their abilities and to improve their lives. I also love the French language, and these passions combined have inspired me to become a tutor. I'm a fluent French speaker, and I've been studying it since I was five. I went to an elementary school that had a French immersion program. My mother is also a French teacher, so I spoke the language at home as well. I'm very grateful for the opportunities that learning a second language has afforded me, and I want to share that with my students. I began tutoring as a fifth-grader, assisting first grade students in the French language. I've had the opportunity since then to work with everyone from five-year-olds to college students, and I can help in all aspects of the language as well as French literature. I strive to help students learn in an environment that is interactive and fun to keep students engaged and motivated. In my free time, I like to play volleyball and soccer, read, and travel.
