KenI have had a passion for math for as long as I can remember. I find the problem-solving aspect exciting and enjoy the feeling of accomplishment I experience when I have successfully solved an intricate problem. I love how math all connects together, and even though it's separated into different topics, it's all part of one big whole, and it always makes sense logically. Not surprisingly, I earned my bachelor's degree in mathematics from CUNY Bernard M Baruch College, and I can tutor students in basically any math subject you can think of, from middle school general math through multivariable calculus. My students tend to develop a greater respect for math, and some come to find it to be fun.

ChynnaI'm Chynna, and I'm currently attending Hampshire College to earn my bachelor's degree in neuroscience. I come from a critical thinking and discussion based school that doesn't use grades to assess performance, so I understand the importance of figuring out how my student learns and helping them develop their learning strategies. I modify my approach for each student based on these tendencies and their individual needs.
