SnehaHi, my name is Sneha. I'm a tutor who has a bachelor's degree in integrative biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I also have a Ph.D. in molecular, cellular, and developmental biology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Given my academic background, I'm able to help students with subjects like chemistry, biology, SAT preparation, and MCAT preparation. I decided to become a tutor after I spent over five years working as a teaching assistant in college. I work with the topics I tutor every day, so I feel that I can offer my students unique guidance that isn't available in other settings. If you think I can help you, reach out to me.

RachelI earned my bachelor's degree in Religion and Classical Civilizations from Oberlin College. For three of those years, I tutored students in writing for various courses. I have found it nearly universal that the hardest part of writing is getting started. As a tutor, I really enjoy guiding students as they reveal their interests and figure out how to write a successful piece of academic writing that they will actually enjoy. I find satisfaction in producing a well-written piece, and I help my students see how fun it can be. I adjust my methods and techniques to match the needs of each student I tutor. I also tutor students in the Hebrew language.
