JonathanI earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics from The University of Texas at Arlington. I am minoring in business. I began my college career in biochemistry, but I could not deny my love of math. I can help with math, middles school math, and pre-algebra. I discovered my passion for tutoring and helping others while holding peer study groups. I enjoy helping people find their love for mathematics. Although math is frustrating at times, the best feeling is being able to solve a complex problem. When I am not in the classroom, I have many interests. I enjoy playing with my dogs, spending time with my family, playing and watching basketball, and playing chess.

AshleyI am a very empathic individual, which has helped me develop a passion for helping others. I have experience working at a homeless shelter. I worked with both children and adults to help them improve their writing. I completed a bachelor's degree in English at St. Mary's College of Maryland. I enjoy working with students because I love being able to inspire others when it comes to succeeding through education. Whenever I am going through periods of confusion and struggle, I know I can turn to literature for comfort. I am available to tutor students in several different English related subject areas, including middle school reading comprehension, introduction to poetry, and college level American literature, to name a few. In my free time, I enjoy painting and photography.
