JesseI have three years of tutoring and teaching experience. My first year of teaching experience comes from my time as a teacher's assistant when I was pursuing my bachelor's degree. Then, I worked in New York City as a contracted tutor and a middle school science teacher. The base of students I've worked with is large and various. I feel that every single student brings something new to the table. My approach to tutoring is tailored to every student I work with. I feel that every student deserves an individualized approach to learning. Subjects I tutor include algebra, geometry, math, and science. In my spare time, when I'm not a tutor, I enjoy science, music, fitness, hiking, and guitar.

AminaI am currently studying Mathematics, German, and philosophy at New York's Hunter College. In addition to my own studies, I'm very passionate about helping others reach their academic goals in any way I can. I pride myself on being an approachable instructor that students can feel comfortable exploring academia with! I also have several interests outside of the classroom. For example, I love unsalted avocados! I also enjoy writing, reading, and wondering about existence. If you are interested in working with me, I can help with subjects such as Elementary School Math, Social Studies, Law, College Math, and test prep for exams such as the PSAT, SAT, ACT, GRE, and CLEP.
