KatyI graduated from Georgetown with a BA in English, but my minors in Chemistry and Biology give me a solid understanding of a variety of academic subjects. I tutored extensively in my college days, especially in the fields of Chem, Bio, Writing, and English Literature. My favorite role was working in my university's writing center, where I helped other students structure their ideas and improve their grammar. My first job out of college was as a medical scribe in an ER. This gave me considerable experience with human physiology and medical terminology, making medicine my best scientific subject. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy traveling, writing, reading, singing, and playing ukulele. Please feel free to ask me any additional questions you may have!

AdamI have a bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and most recently a doctor of neuroscience from the same school. I am passionate about learning and science, and I am also passionate about mentoring and teaching as well. I have worked with students of all ages from high school to graduate school in many subjects such as neuroscience, biology, math, psychology, MATLAB, and statistics. I love tutoring in statistics and biology because I have the most experience with these two subjects. I can tutor in-person and online both. In my spare time, I listen to podcasts and hip-hop music, and I like watching the Philadelphia Eagles.
