DanielTraveling has always been a passion of mine, but I didn't leave the house very often as a child. Instead, I read about places in books. After reading my way through fantastic places, I found a passion for literature. During my time as a student at University of Wisconsin-Madison, I developed an interest in tutoring. I applied to become a university writing fellow and provided guidance to fellow students enrolled in writing classes. This helped me perfect my own writing skills and led to my graduation with a double major in journalism and English. I realized how much I enjoyed tutoring through this experience, and worked with students as the assistant coordinator at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Writing Center. As a tutor, I understand that patience and respect and extremely important.

CarissaHi, my name is Carissa. I'm a tutor who has a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Hamline University. I spent time working as a tutor and teaching assistant during college and would love to continue tutoring. I'm passionate about helping my students learn math and science. I can assist you with topics like algebra, microbiology, and other science courses. When I'm not working as a tutor, I enjoy going on hikes, playing board games with my friends, and going camping. Reach out to me if you'd like some help with one of the topics that I specialize in. I'd love to help you get more out of your current academic opportunities.

BenjaminI am currently attending the University of Dayton and I am pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering. I spend time outside of academics teaching students tennis. The subjects I am the most passionate about teaching are calculus and math. However, I am also capable of tutoring science, writing, and reading. Math is a subject that comes naturally to me. I have extensive experience explaining math concepts to my classmates, siblings, and friends. I can also help students prepare for the ACT because I have taken it several times. I feel like education is something that is crucial and my goal is to help students in any way possible. In my free time, I enjoy traveling and watching sports with my friends and family.
