StevenI believe that every student can succeed with the right amount of energy, empathy, and enthusiasm on my part. I combine a sense of humor with a no-nonsense approach that can help students with a variety of academic subject matters, including British Lit, Art, Fiction Writing, Elementary School Reading, and English Grammar. My secret is to establish a friendship with every pupil I take on that allows me to ascertain exactly what they are struggling with. Once I know that, I can customize a lesson plan with their academic goals in mind. I am also a great listener, and welcome any feedback offered by either my student or their parents. I also avoid micromanaging students so that their own skills can shine through. Please reach out today if you're interested in working with me!

ChristyI have a bachelor's degree in English and history from Skidmore College. One of the main reasons I took an intensive course of studies is because I love learning. During my time in college, I was also the leader of many campus clubs. I am looking forward to tutoring English because literature has caught my interest and it is something I have been excited about my entire life. I can tutor in many subjects such as computer science, English, literature, writing, Microsoft, and more. During my time outside of the classroom, I have many interests. I like skiing, drawing, reading, singing, and baking. I also enjoy breaking my comfort zone.
