I feel that I'm an effective instructor because of my faith. Teachers may be compared to shepherds in that both are responsible for guiding their flock toward their goals. If I exhibit values, ethics, and accountability in my personal actions, my charges will learn from my example and follow suit. I also make sure that I'm accessible to my students so that they can reach me whenever they need guidance. I structure my sessions like a professional classroom with high expectations of every individual. However, I also take care to promote every student's personal growth and well-being. When I'm not teaching or attending Church, I enjoy cooking, reading, writing, shopping, and spending time with my daughter.Education
