VelekaHi, my name is Velka. I'm a tutor who has a bachelor's degree in political science and a master's degree in public administration from the University of Georgia. When I'm not working as a tutor, I enjoy writing, spending time with friends and family, and shopping. As a tutor, I can help students with subjects like algebra, English, and writing, amongst other things. I'm passionate about education and hope to instill a similar feeling in the students that I work with. I know that everybody learns differently, which is why I tailor my lesson plans to meet the needs of the person I'm currently working with. If you'd like some help with your education, get in touch with me.

KenyaI graduated from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University with a bachelor's degree in graphic design. I am currently pursuing a degree in speech-language pathology at Georgia State University. I am currently working as a communication paraprofessional. I regularly work with students who have learning disabilities and it is my goal to work with them in literacy. I use a variety of different methods to identify where my students' weakness are and find ways at turning them into strengths. I am able to tutor students in technology and computer science, middle school reading comprehension, and English grammar and syntax, to name a few. In my free time, I enjoy photography, fitness, creative writing, and baking.

DanielleMy experience as a Research Technician at Emory University, and passion for chemistry, has prepared me to teach and tutor in biochemistry, organic chemistry, and a variety of chemistry and science topics. I can explain the fundamental workings and concepts of chemistry. Bringing experience, expertise, and encouragement to the table, I have developed strategies that can uncover a student's strengths and weaknesses and that can help a student succeed in topics that challenge them. I believe my passion in a subject is important for motivating a student. More about myself. I earned an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry at Hampton University. When I am not learning and teaching, I enjoy running and playing the piano.
