TonyMy name is Tony, and I use a flexible approach as a tutor to match my student's learning style so they can achieve their potential. I love to help others learn new things, and I want to share what I know with the next generation. I want my students to be curious about the world and embrace learning, and I will do all that I can to explain concepts in ways that make them easier to understand.

FanI'm originally from China, which is where I earned my bachelor's degree in Material Science and Engineering, at the Zhengzhou University. I went on to earn my PhD in Chemistry from the Carbondale campus of Southern Illinois University. I have had extensive experience tutoring students in a wide variety of subjects, such as math from elementary school through linear algebra and calculus 3, science such as physical chemistry and physics, and a variety of other subjects, mostly STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) related. I've also had success guiding students as they study for the math and science sections of standardized exams like the ACT and SAT, among others.
