JamesI have been teaching Physics and Chemistry at the high school level for the last 10 years. That experience has taught me that students learn best when seemingly abstract concepts are reinforced with real world examples. I believe that all students can prove to be exceptional learners if they are provided with the right support. For example, I once taught chemistry to an ESL class. I produced a podcast containing the basics and posted it on YouTube so that they could take their time digesting the information. During class, I illustrated the concepts using real world examples that got a nice discussion going. I can provide similarly innovative instruction as a tutor for subjects such as Algebra, Chemistry, Physics, Basic Computer Literacy, and Test Prep.
