RhondaMy main passion in life is tutoring. I fully believe that school does not need to be a struggle for anyone. I love teaching and can help with math, reading, writing, test prep, and more. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you or your child is struggling in any of these areas. I would love to get started helping you or your student achieve academic success today. My tutoring style includes boosting their success by building their confidence. When students are more confident, they do better in the classroom. I believe it is my job as their tutor to foster this. Previous pupils I have taught have had their grades soar from C's and D's all the way up to A's. I also work to change my student's attitudes from simply tolerating school to actually enjoying it. I also believe that parents must be involved in the tutoring process! I look forward to helping your child reach their academic goals.

PriyankaI am currently enrolled at Butler University where I'm in my final year of an economics and mathematics degree. In addition to working towards my bachelor's degree, I am also taking classes in French, business administration, and management of information systems. Throughout my entire time as a college student, I've also worked as a tutor and have helped a number of my peers overcome their challenges in math and economics. I understand that not everyone is adept at math-heavy courses, and while we all have the ability to understand advanced math courses and apply them in our day-to-day lives, some people need a little extra assistance in order to succeed. As a tutor, I worked with such struggling high school and college students. Because I take a student-centered teaching approach, I was able to help individuals and classrooms full of eager students improve their understanding of coursework. I believe that the best way to reach students is to include hands-on activities that let the students move around and actively participate in the classroom. In addition to teaching mathematics, I also help college-bound pupils study for the SAT and ACT, so that they're confident and ready for test day. Aside from teaching, my hobbies include traveling abroad, learning new languages, and cooking.

KeithI have twelve years of experience teaching college composition classes and fifteen years of teaching speech and English at the secondary level. My passion is in teaching, and I enjoy tutoring because it allows me the ability to work with students on the individual level. I have experience tutoring through Educate Online and Sylvan Learning Center. I focus my tutoring on public speaking, creative writing, essay editing, writing, and grammar and syntax, and writing mechanics. I prefer to work with high school and college level English classes and students. I hold a bachelor of science from Indiana University and earned my masters degree at Purdue University. Outside of academics, I find enjoyment in playing keyboard, video editing, and creating short films.
