YuyaMy name is Yuya, and I want my students to fully understand the concepts taught in the subjects we study. When students are able to know why they arrived at a certain answer, they can apply that knowledge in the future to new problems. I believe this is the best path to academic success. Subjects I tutor include algebra, geometry, pre-calculus, trigonometry, Japanese, and SAT prep, among others.

NordiaEvery student learns differently, so every instructor should tailor their approach to a pupil's needs. I'm pretty good with computers, so I can help teach basic Computer Literacy plus programming languages such as MATLAB and C++. I can also help students on more traditional subjects such as Math, English, Calculus, Algebra, and Science. I also passed the FE Civil Exam in January of 2018, so I can share some of my study tips if you'd like! Outside of the classroom, my interests include photography, robotics, attending engineering lectures, and helping my local ASCE Concrete Canoe Team. I'm also something of a media geek. Contact me today for a study session designed around your needs!

Elementary School Reading
DimitarI am currently studying business administration and finance at Macaulay Honors College, where I will earn a bachelor's degree. After I graduate, I plan to continue on to law school. Right now I am studying to take my LSAT. I attended a specialized high school, and I am very familiar with all subjects including math, reading, English, algebra, and geometry. I very clearly understand the subjects that I tutor, and I know how much work that students need to put in in order to succeed. If I get free time, I like to watch movies, read classical literature, study law, and study philosophy. I look forward to meeting and working with you.
