HaroldI'm a college professor based in Orlando, Florida. I have my bachelor's degree in labor relations from the University of Puerto Rico and my master's degree in management from the University of Phoenix. I am also a doctoral candidate in Human Resources at Northcentral University. I have taught at the college level for eight years in subjects like management, human resources, and more. Part of this time was spent teaching for a bilingual English/Spanish university here in Orlando. I am fluent in Spanish and have experience working with culturally diverse students of all ages. I enjoy helping students grow their level of knowledge and love to prove to them that they can excel in subjects or classes that they might have initially struggled with. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy learning more about the history of Puerto Rico in addition to reading and gardening. My eight years of experience as a college professor has given me unique insight into the art and science of student retention and motivation. I thrive at resolving difficulties encountered by a student during the course of their academic career. I hope that I can use the skills that I've spent my career developing to help you achieve your educational goals.

ChadI earned my bachelor's degree in International Business from Eckerd College. Since then, I have years of experience teaching classes in business to all different types of students. I find joy as my students experience their "light bulb moments" and it all suddenly makes sense to them. In addition to academic tutoring, I work with individuals in business on marketing concepts and going forward in new directions. One of my deepest values is to treat all people I come into contact with in any situation with respect, value, and dignity. I have committed myself to making a difference in the educational community by sharing my knowledge and ability to teach and tutor, to achieve mutually satisfying learning goals for each student. I continually encourage my students in using effective communication skills and in taking ownership of their education. I also spend time advocating for students so that they experience meaningful and positive learning experiences. I want to make sure each student is able to experience excellence in their academic endeavors and become lifelong learners. Through tutoring in any subject, I help students develop strong skills in problem solving and technical abilities. Finally, I take every chance I can to encourage my students' sense of self-esteem.

BridgetteI'm a Spanish tutor has had the opportunity to work across all age groups and all levels of ability. I've even assisted native Spanish speakers who needed improvements in their grammar and spelling. I most familiar with the Mexican variety of Spanish since I grew up around that, but I've also had the opportunity to study abroad in Spain, so I'm proficient in Castilian Spanish as well. I attended UC - Riverside for my undergraduate degree in languages, literature, and linguistics. I then went on to Webster University where I earned a master's degree in international relations. I enjoy helping students improve their understanding of anything in Spanish, including test preparation, conversation, reading, preparing for a trip, or even distinguishing accents. I'm here to help students with whatever it is they need. I also speak some Korean thanks to my experience as a Marine Corps linguist, and can help students with that.
