ZacI'm attending Vanderbilt University for my degree in human and organizational development. This major allows me to work to solve problems within communities and organizations. I like to work in the non-profit sector in the future. I've always enjoyed learning, and I value education as a key to the success of the individual. My tutoring experience includes helping middle school students in various subjects as a volunteer for an after school program. I was tutored myself in ACT test preparation, and it was pivotal in helping me get into Vanderbilt. I enjoy helping students develop test taking strategies and learn how to excel at the test. In addition to ACT test preparation, I enjoy tutoring students in English and math. I have a flexible tutoring style and adjust to the needs and learning style of each student. I understand how difficult it is to learn new things, but I help students build confidence in their abilities and help them get organized for success. In my free time, I enjoy watching Curb Your Enthusiasm and other TV shows, playing the guitar, running, and reading.

WilliamI have always loved learning about science and math. I want to be a tutor because it gives me a chance to share my passion for those subjects with students. I can help with subjects such as algebra, calculus, chemistry, biology, and more, no matter what level. I am currently studying chemical engineering at Vanderbilt University. I always did well in science and math, which is probably because I enjoyed them so much. My passions paid off; I scored a 790 on the math SAT and SAT II. Additionally, I took five AP tests when I was in high school. I earned fives in statistics, computer science, chemistry, biology, and calculus BS. I plan on pursuing moreeducation because I was lucky enough to receive a scholarship from my university. It was awarded me because of my excellent academic performance in engineering. As your tutor, I will motivate you to set clear goals, and then I will help you achieve them by broadening your understanding. When I am not tutoring, I enjoy rock climbing, traveling, and learning Mandarin.

ConnorI'm Connor, but everybody calls me Ken. I'm currently studying education, and I'm looking forward to becoming a teacher at the high school level. I've always loved to help people out when they struggled with something, but I was something in school or in life, so teaching was a natural choice. I bring positivity and support as a tutor, and I try to make things light and fun. I also encourage students to look at mistakes as opportunities to address needs as opposed to failures. I can assist students with elementary and middle school math, chemistry, physics, physical science, Newtonian mechanics, life sciences, and other related subjects in math and science. When I free time, I like to golf, rock climb, listen to music, and write.
