WilliamI have always been drawn to math and science, and I have experience tutoring both from elementary school through college. I believe that effective instruction in both disciplines demands real-world illustrations that help a student think of an abstract idea in a more practical manner. Once they stop thinking in terms of mere memorization, they can begin to grasp concepts that once seemed hopelessly foreign to them. My favorite subject is chemistry because it seems like every concept in the discipline fits together with the others to form a unified whole. I also enjoy the subject's physicality, as determining the properties of a molecule through the examination of its composition always felt empowering to me. I'm comfortable with other subjects too, including Pre-Algebra, French, and Algebra.

VaibhavI graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor's degree in neuroscience. While I was in college, I volunteered at hospitals and also researched innovative techniques in neuroscience. I understand how difficult science courses can be because I spent a significant amount of time taking science classes throughout college and high school. I am available to tutor students in a wide range of science subjects, including high school chemistry, high school biology, and anatomy and physiology. I can also help students prepare for standardized tests, such as the SAT, GRE, and MCAT. My approach as a tutor includes using practical examples to show students how important science is in the real world.

PriyankaHi, my name is Priyanka. I'm a tutor who has a bachelor's degree in biotechnology from PESIT in India. I also am currently pursuing a master's degree in biostatistics at the University of Pittsburgh. As a tutor, I can help my students with a variety of topics. Some of the work I've done in the past has involved things like algebra, calculus, German, statistics, and bioinformatics. Consider reaching out to me if you think you could benefit from some extra help in one of these subjects. I'd love to use my experience as an educator to help you get more out of your academic opportunities. Private tutoring may be just what you need to reach your potential.
