RebeccaMy philosophy as a tutor is that any student who is willing to put in patience, effort, and time can master any subject that they wish to pursue. As such, my goal is to help students learn the material enough that they become proficient on their own. I want to students to get to the point where I am obsolete because my students know the material well enough to no longer need a tutor. I graduated from Colorado State University-Fort Collins with a bachelor's degree in biological sciences. I am available to tutor students in pre-algebra, biology, and chemistry, among others. In my free time, I enjoy writing, reading, hiking, and rugby.

LaciI graduated from Southern Arkansas University with a bachelor's degree in history. I have more than ten years of experience working as a teacher. I am certified to teach TESOL and I am currently teaching Chinese students English. I am also working on learning new languages, such as American Sign Language, Chinese, and Spanish. I am able to tutor students in middle school reading, high school level American literature, and high school geography, among others. My goal as a tutor is to make learning as fun as possible. I started working as a substitute teacher when I was in college. I enjoyed the experience so much that I decided I wanted to pursue a career in teaching.
