StaceyI believe learning is a process that never ends, and I believe every student can be successful given the proper opportunity. The world is constantly changing, and so it's important to prioritize learning as a way to keep up. As a tutor, my goal is to take advantage of every opportunity I have to be a better teacher and to stay current so that I can help my students learn successfully and achieve their goals.

HeatherI believe that learning is something we never stop doing, and that everyone learns differently. My goal is to help students make the most out of their experience and learn in a way that is convenient for them. I knew I wanted to work with young people and help them understand just how enjoyable education is. I graduated with my bachelor's degree from State University of New York, where I focused on Adolescent English Education. I attended at the same school again to complete my M.A. in English Education. I also work with students who are learning ELA in grades 7-12. I'm available to help students work in a variety of concentrations and subjects as they pertain to the English language. This includes Writing, Reading, Phonics, English, Poetry, College Essays, Digital Media, Fiction Writing, American Literature, Comparative Literature, and Computer Science and Technology. I understand how important testing is in the modern education system, and help with the GRE and ACCUPLACER ESL tests. I work with students in various grade levels, from elementary to college. When I'm not busy working with students, I love drama, crime and mystery shows, and reading Poetry or English Literature. I'm also active and love playing volleyball, football, and hockey.
