Marcela J.Spanish is my original language, and I have also studied Spanish and Latin American literature and cultures. I earned my bachelor's degree in Spanish and my master's degree in Language Teaching from the University of Missouri at Columbia. As early as middle school, I've been helping students learn Spanish, and as a graduate student, I taught Spanish for college students, and still do to this day. I strive to share my excitement for the language with my students, and enjoy using various new technologies to help make lessons interesting and innovative. When I first meet with a student, I encourage them to ask me questions so I can see where their goals and interests lie, so I can create customized lessons for them.
