MelissaI have always prioritized education and I am the first person in my family to attend college. I graduated from West Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree in elementary school teaching. I also completed a master's degree in reading teacher education from the same university. I enjoy working with students of all ages and I am currently working as a writing instructor. I also work at the writing center as a tutor. I especially enjoy working with college students because they are responsible and independent. I am able to tutor students in reading comprehension, English grammar and syntax, and writing, among others. In my free time, I enjoy watching movies, reading, and spending time with my family and dog.

DonI have always and will always be passionate about education. I earned a bachelor's degree and a master's degree from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. I am also certified to teach grades seven through twelve in social science courses. My professional experience includes working for two different school districts and three different government offices in Texas and Missouri. I would love to help students in social studies, music, mandolin, American history, guitar, and government. I have been playing the mandolin for over five years and the guitar for more than forty-five years. Other activities I enjoy include cooking, drawing, reading, and playing music when I am not tutoring or teaching.
