AlexIt is my goal as an educator to prove an increased understanding of course materials to my students. I strive to help individuals gain a deeper grasp of STEM subjects, including math, statistics, and environmental sciences. During tutoring sessions, I work with my students to help them identify the areas of study that require the most focus. After finding these areas, I like to try and help students discover underlying concepts. My approach to tutoring is laid back, relaxed, and attentive. I started tutoring in high school, and continued to do so in undergrad and graduate school. I find tutoring to be rewarding and exciting, and I hope my students do as well.
