MarinI grew up on the Upper West Side of New York City, giving me practical experience with all of the challenges students may face in this extraordinary city. I'm a professional actress by trade who studied Theater Arts in college, so I have the imagination and creativity required to adapt my sessions to an individual student's needs. If traditional instruction isn't working, you can count on me to find something that will! I can teach a variety of academic subjects, including Public Speaking, Middle School Math, Elementary School Reading, High School American History, and SAT Prep. I'm also comfortable working with a variety of age groups. In my free time, I enjoy theater, museums, horses, beaches, reading, and of course FOOD!

LatoyaI have a Ph.D. in Education from Concordia University-Chicago, and I believe that all students have the capacity to learn. Students can achieve mastery of a subject by utilizing alternative learning approaches. Understanding learning styles is important in order to incorporate ones that will help improve each student's confidence level. I tutor students in many different subjects, but I always strive to influence every student to become a life-long learner.

DianaMy name is Anna, and I grew up on a sailboat traveling between Florida and the Bahamas. I've always loved education thanks to my experiences as a homeschooled child, and I enjoy independent learning and evolving educational environments. I can draw upon my experiences to help students learn in the most effective way possible. Some subjects I can tutor include writing, public speaking, grammar, art, literature, English, and others.
