MichaelI have extensive academic and professional experience. I am looking to tutor students in many subjects such as test prep, computer science, algebra, American literature, C++, business, computer theory, and many others. I earned my bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Polytechnic Institute. I have achieved a lot during my short time in college. I programmed a robot to drive around a building, made a pump for an experiment in dark matter, and worked in many technology-driven positions. I believe that my experiences and knowledge base have made me an effective tutor. In my free time, I like swimming, reading, playing video games, playing the piano, and working out tech problems.

AlexisI currently teach special education for the NYC Department of Education. I earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from CUNY John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a master's degree in special education from Pace University-New York. My tutoring style is based on developing relationships with my students and their parents. When I develop relationships, I am able to gain the trust of my students. Once students trust their teachers, they open up and are easier to teach. I also adapt my teaching methods to meet the needs of each student. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, reading, watching movies, and spending time with my loved ones.
