MonicaMy name is Monica, and I enjoy helping students develop a strong command of the French language. I believe that language learning opens us up to new people and cultures. I spent 18 years studying the French language, including studying abroad at Blaise Pascal University. I'm excited to share what I know about the language with new students.

ChristyI feel like I've been tutoring for my whole life, and I know that I've been tutoring since I was in my teens. At age 14, I began tutoring students through a local academic program in subjects like reading, writing, and math. In addition, I unofficially tutor a lot of my classmates in writing and editing class papers, and preparing for tests, including standardized exams like hte ACT. I enjoy being a part of the process as my students grow into a comprehensive understanding of their subject, and providing a fun, safe atmosphere in which to study. At the same time, I expect them to work hard, and after experiencing their first successes, they are generally willing to do just that.
